Player Conduct All players must follow our server rules, respect others, and avoid behavior that disrupts gameplay. This includes:
No cheating, exploiting, or using unfair advantages
No harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior
No scamming, spamming, or advertising other servers
Respecting staff decisions at all times
Account Responsibility You are responsible for all actions taken on your Minecraft and Discord accounts. If someone else uses your account to break rules, you may still face punishment. Keep your login credentials secure.
Purchases and Donations Any purchases or donations made on the IconGens Store are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Purchases are considered final once received in-game.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban.
All perks, ranks, or items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value.
Data & Privacy By using the server, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information (Minecraft name, UUID, and gameplay data). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Server Ownership & Rights All content, builds, and systems within IconGens are the property of the IconGens Team. Players may not copy, redistribute, or claim ownership of any server features, code, or branding.
Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to stay informed by checking for updates posted on our website, Discord, or in-game.
